Our smoked salmon rolls, filled with avocado and shrimp, are a sophisticated and tasty alternative to classic sushi. The flavor of the salmon blends perfectly with the creaminess of the avocado and the sweetness of the shrimp, while the red and black lumpfish caviar and quail egg yolk add a touch of elegance and color to the dish. This dish is perfect for a special occasion or a high-level culinary experience.
| Clean and chop the avocado and put it in a bowl. Add a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper to taste, and lemon juice as desire. Slightly mash with a fork to obtain a rough mixture. |
| Drain the shrimp and rinse them. Cut them into small pieces and add them to the avocado mixture. |
| Lay a slice of smoked salmon on a flat surface. Spread the slice with cream cheese and add a tablespoon of the avocado and shrimp mixture. Roll the slice tightly to form a roll. Repeat for all the rolls. |
| Garnish the rolls to taste, alternating with red and black lumpfish caviar and quail egg yolk. Serve at room temperature and enjoy your meal! |
